2014.04.09: A Game with a Kitty 7 - Sky Crashers: Finished

Okay! Looks like the game is done! Testing hasn't revealed any show-stoppers, so we should be good to go. for now it'll be the Windows version only. Android & HTML5 will follow soon.

This time, we follow the adventures of Darling Kitty, the youngest of the tribe. It's her first adventure! Her journey takes her up into the starry skies where unspeakable things lurk - things that write horrible fiction about robots in the dark. Things that wear glasses. Things that go 'Blarg' a lot. It'll be quite the adventure!

Another game with a kitten completed! 
Didn't run into any issues, although I somehow ended up with 155 coins collected out of 154. Not sure how that happened.
Overall incredible work, as usual :)

I just played the game for fifteen minutes and it seems to work fine now, so thanks for the fix!

I removed the pause function from gamepads, which hopefully fixes the pausing issue. I can't test it myself because I don't have an xbox360 controller yet. Hope it works now! :) Old savegames will still be compatible.

Yes, pressing P works to unpause the game. I play with a xbox 360 controller, so I don't have a clue what causes this.

That's kind of weird. I've never seen it do that before. It looks like the pause mode gets activated, like when you press P in the game. Could that be it? Can you unpause it by pressing P again?

The game hangs when jumping, so I can only play it for a minute or so. Esc still works.
Seems like a really nice game though.

I have the same issue of the game hanging, so often that I can't play the game.
I play the game in Windows 7 with a controller, Geforce GTX650.

 Another game with a kitten is beaten? Wowzers, this time around, there were no problemo with gaining the purrfection in collection. However, a minor issue was that the stubburn darling got stuck in places, in between moving platform and such. Usually that means death, but sometimes the life counter refused to acknowledge defeat, and stood still at zero hearts. And sometimes that occurrence instead  falling to the death, resulted in standing in air, unable to do anything but to use the mysterious technique of the "soft reset" by the esc key. Truly perplexing phenomenon.
